In years prior to joining Medical Mutual, she served as part of the large group account team for Premier Health Plan working with clients, agents, and brokers in southwest Ohio.

Senior Director of Clinical Services, Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging

Craig D. Thomas MBA, LSW, CCM, is the Senior Director of Clinical Services, Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging (WRAAA). As the director of clinical services for the WRAAA, he oversees the dual-eligible Medicare + Medicaid population programs, assuring access to needed services and supports, and overseeing community care management of Medicare recipients to assist then navigating complex care needs. He has 20 years of experience supporting the aging network in the Cleveland region, with a focus on community members with in-home care needs under the Medicare networks.
