Carol Stefano

Carol leverages more than 30 years of experience in technical organizations across a variety of industries.  Currently manages the technical and commercial activities for the Saint-Gobain Aerospace business unit. She is responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams at three global sites, and leads the Engineering efforts. In addition to her corporate experience, Carol has started her own company in the past and currently serves on the Board of a family owned business.  She is passionate about mentoring team talent to advance individuals’ personal goals as well as business objectives.  Carol is especially committed to supporting minorities in pursuing STEM careers, and has encouraged her two daughters to follow their own passions in technical areas.
