Janet currently volunteers her time with organizations that support women and girls and veterans. Janet currently serves on the NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) Cleveland Chapter Board of Directors, Stark State College Foundation Board of Directors and Capstone Strategic Board of Advisors and is the Scholarship Coordinator for Rolling Thunder Ohio Ch. 2 Veterans Scholarship.
Janet holds an MBA from Hofstra University and has completed post-graduate work at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and National Training Labs. She is a Certified Professional Consultant (CPC), SHRM-SCP and is certified in a variety of leadership assessment instruments.
