THE STRATEGY

In the past, our client had promoted sale events using geo-targeted newspaper insert ads. We built on this strategy by introducing digital display ads, helping reach home improvement shoppers in the same targeted area.

As a next step, we enhanced the campaign with an effective geo-targeted mobile ad campaign to compete against our clients national competitors. When shoppers were in the area of a competitor, they were served mobile ads with discounts to incentivize them to visit their local lumber store instead.
