Erica Smeal is an Area Retail Lead for KeyBank, overseeing 13 branches in Lake and Ashtabula in Ohio and Erie County in Pennsylvania.
Erica has been in retail banking for 11 years, holding positions from part time teller to branch manager at PNC Bank. She spent a year as a Business Market Acquisition Lead for Northern Ohio at PNC Bank. She has a passion for small business, retail and coaching others.
Erica is the head Varsity Coach for Laurel School. She has held multiple coaching positions over the past 15 years including The Surge, GaReat, Eastside Cleveland Juniors and Laurel School.
Erica, her Husband, Gary and son Hunter reside in Mayfield Hts, Ohio with their puppy Hershey.
