Jennie Schmitz has been working at Advance Ohio for 26 years, making her one of the most tenured employees in the office! Jennie is a Customer Success Associate with the Local Business Team, which means she is the person who makes sure your ad is the right size, booked to the right place and that everything prices out correctly. Jennie’s co-workers would refer to her as the in-house recruitment ad expert, which made Jennifer’s face bright red. “You’re so sweet,” she always tells her co-workers, who also happen to be her favorite part of working at Advance Ohio.
